Vancouver Island has a number of incredible breweries that don’t get enough attention in downtown Victoria. Our goal is to make their beer more accessible to locals while helping them in the Victoria market.
About Us
Located in one of Victoria's historical buildings and equipped with a waterfront patio to enjoy a cheeky beer in the sun, Mosaic Tasting Room is the perfect neighbourhood hangout.

Our goal was to create a space that brought together some of the best of what Vancouver Island has to offer. From featuring beers from breweries across the island, to serving tacos from a local favourite food truck, we wanted to bring our community together to create a space where people could support local businesses and have fun doing it.
Meet our Founder
Zac Roff, mechanical engineer turned entrepreneur, has a passion for making sure no great brewery gets left behind. It all started in 2019 when he started Valkyrian Canning with a mission to provide mobile canning services to smaller breweries making it possible for them to produce and can more product without a large upfront investment. In 2022, after he sold his first business, he started Mosaic Tasting Room with a vision to create a space that featured lesser known Vancouver Island Brews.
